Job Summary: We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our landscaping team. The Landscape Laborer is responsible for performing a variety of physical tasks to assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of landscape projects for residential and/or commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the installation of sod, plants, trees, mulch, rocks, irrigation systems, and other landscaping materials

  • Operate landscaping tools and equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, edgers, and shovels

  • Perform regular maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, weeding, pruning, and fertilizing

  • Follow project plans, directions from supervisors, and safety procedures at all times

  • Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials for each job site

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

  • Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions

  • Reliable transportation to job sites or company yard

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings or weekends when needed

  • Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
