Landscape Sales Manager
Position Summary:
The Landscape Sales Manager is responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company through the sale of landscape design, installation, and maintenance services. This role requires a strong understanding of landscaping practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop tailored solutions that meet each client’s unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Proactively generate leads and build a consistent sales pipeline for both residential and commercial landscaping opportunities.
Identify and pursue new clients through cold calls, networking, referrals, community events, and property visits.
Conduct site assessments to understand client needs, preferences, and budget parameters.
Develop customized proposals, estimates, and presentations tailored to client objectives.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
Follow up on proposals and close sales in line with company goals and margin targets.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with homeowners, property managers, developers, HOAs, and commercial clients.
Act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle—ensuring clear communication from concept to completion.
Ensure client satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Identify opportunities for upselling additional services such as maintenance programs, seasonal color, irrigation upgrades, or enhancements.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new residential, commercial, and municipal landscape opportunities.

Client Relations & Sales:

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, materials, plants, and sustainable landscaping practices.
Participate in trade shows, community events, and other marketing activities.
Experience:
· Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in landscaping, construction, or related industries.
· Experience working with both residential and commercial clients strongly preferred.
Skills:
· In-depth understanding of landscape design, construction, and maintenance principles.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to read site plans, blueprints, or conceptual drawings.
· Proficient in CRM systems, estimating software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Highly motivated, organized, and self-directed with strong time-management skills.
Licenses: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Working Conditions:
Primarily field-based with regular travel to client sites and office work.
Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
May require evening or weekend availability for client meetings or events.

Landscape Laborer
Job Summary: We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our landscaping team. The Landscape Laborer is responsible for performing a variety of physical tasks to assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of landscape projects for residential and/or commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the installation of sod, plants, trees, mulch, rocks, irrigation systems, and other landscaping materials
Operate landscaping tools and equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, edgers, and shovels
Perform regular maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, weeding, pruning, and fertilizing
Follow project plans, directions from supervisors, and safety procedures at all times
Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials for each job site
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required
Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
Reliable transportation to job sites or company yard
Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings or weekends when needed

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Irrigation Technician to install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems to ensure optimal water distribution across landscapes, agricultural fields, or turf areas. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with irrigation systems, an understanding of water conservation practices, and a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, inspect, and repair irrigation systems including valves, timers, pipes, and sprinkler heads.
Program and troubleshoot irrigation controllers and automated systems.
Diagnose and correct issues such as leaks, clogs, and coverage problems.
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts used.
Operate trenching, boring, and other equipment safely.

Qualifications:
